The first time: My friend called and was told we didn't need to make reservations. We drove all the way from Brooklyn to be turnt away at the door. The second time: We had 8:30pm reservations. Ricardo's gives a 15 minutes grace period. We got to the door at 8:42pm the door men talked to us and held us outside until 8:46pm. This place is great in terms of drinks, food and customer service.. But when it comes to management and the receptionist. It's ridiculous. How can I be coming from Brooklyn and be told to just walk in via phone, just to be stopped at the door because there's no tables and we won't be let it in without reservation. Told security that I need to speak to management and he came back and told me the manager is not coming. I called and the manager also refused to get on the phone. I took my man here for his B-Day and the service and food was great. We would definetly come here again!!
