Customers beware! Ricardo Steak House is adding items to the bill without serving you the item. Then when confronted with their mistake of robbing me they advised me to challenge the dispute with the bank! The Supervisor handling my complaint was very unprofessional. I will never returning and I am infoming all my friends that frequent the SPOT not to return. Check your bill before you sign on the dotted line or you will have disbute your bill with the card holder bank . The worse!
