so i go to Ricardo's with some friends from out of town. i went to order the tbone, and the waiter went out of his way to convince me to get the porterhouse meal. now anyone who eats steak or kmows their cuts. know that a porterhouse and a tbone are the same cut. just that the porter is much more heftier. that said when my plate came. on it was an anemic tbone it was literally half the thickness of my dates ny strip. so when i brought it to the waiters attention he proceeded to tell me that i was mistaken and that my eyes we... read more
