My kids and I had been Dr Mendoza for a few years and he is usually very good until one incident that happened a yr ago. My 7 yr old had a wiggly tooth when we came in at the time. The hygienist was persistent about pulling it out and my daughter was scared and was crying so much. Then Dr Mendoza came over and forcefully tried to get into her mouth so that he could try to remove that tooth. He was using force on her and hurt her.
