Dr. Cabral is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He always demonstrates the greatest level of professionalism when we meet. He's very thorough, leaving out no room for error when you're with him so expect to wait a bit when you arrive as he is this way with all his patients. My only issue is that I can't get an appointment for several weeks or even months (longest I've waited was 2 months) - but he has no control over that so I won't hold it against him.
This office consistently loses our paperwork, prescriptions that are “ready” (after receiving a call from the office notifying us) are never available when I go in to pick them up - we instead get to wait around for 2+ hours. Last time they even changed the script after they couldn’t get the dr to sign off on the one I needed (“he was busy with other patients” and “they couldn’t locate my prescription”)... total chaos every time we have to go.
