What a shame the facility is money driven over patient recovery. A family member was give a recommendation to come here for rehab after having a stroke. Attended the evaluation and one session, then was denied any more treatment due to insurance. This being said, the facility also informed us that they inflate prices to get the most money from patient's insurance plans. I am at a loss how the facility could know of the insurance plan, accept them to their facility, and then abruptly deny due to benefits. They have a lack of ... read more
While the staff there are helpful the way that the administration refuses to let you schefule more than two appts before you see the therapist means that if you have a job, life, or any time constraints that it will likely be months between your appts which has very little therapeutic value. They claim that the reason for doing this is a good one but screwing over each patient with a lack of care does not seem like a good reason to me.
