Tim is truly amazing! We had a water leak that needed a complete water re-pipe. They not only fixed it within their projected timeframe, but they were also super helpful, clean, and very detail-oriented. I hope I never have to deal with that again, but if I did, I’d definitely call Tim at Ribbs.
A San Jose Water representative identified a significant leak we were previously unaware of. We immediately contacted Ribbs Plumbing Service (David) and secured a same-day appointment. The issue was a failed irrigation ball valve that did not stop water flow when turned off. David and Chris replaced the defective valve at the main manifold, along with the old gate valve and piping, and confirmed the leak was fully resolved with no flow at the meter. We use David and Chris for all of our plumbing jobs. They do amazing work for us from small plumbing leaks to a large copper pipe upgrade. They handled the jobs professionally and quickly regardless of how big or small the project is. They also installed a smart water meter to our water main. I highly recommend them for any job!
