I ordered shoes that were too wide. The return has been difficult. I attempted it on line and it was stuck for two days in pended status. I called the store and was provided the address for return. While the two ladies I talked to were very friendly, I’m not please with the expense of the return nor the inability of a refund for the purchase.
RecommendedI went in today for shoes and earrings and had multiple Chix help! I’m very pregnant 😜 and Blair even put my shoes I was trying on on my feet and buckled them 🙌🏻 Thanks for making today an easy shopping experience for me!
