I had problems with computer booting up so I took it to Ribbit and they determined it was the power supply. Worked for 25 days and when I shut my computer off, the computer would not reboot. Took it back under their 30 day warranty and they ran more tests and found that an add on Ethernet module was causing the issues. Once card was removed, the computer boots fast and without issues. I am afraid had I taken my computer to another brand name computer store in Wichita, they probably would have told me I needed a new compu... read more
