I had problems with computer booting up so I took it to Ribbit and they determined it was the power supply. Worked for 25 days and when I shut my computer off, the computer would not reboot. Took it back under their 30 day warranty and they ran more tests and found that an add on Ethernet module was causing the issues. Once card was removed, the computer boots fast and without issues. DO NOT take your iPhone here to have the glass replaced. 30 days after I had mine replaced, I was putting my case back on the phone & while pushing it on both upper corners of the glass cracked. They would not work with me to replace it again ($5 off) & even recommended that I take it somewhere else...so I did, and the tech at Mobile comm said that the previous glass install was not done properly & probably caused the glass to crack at those points. Fixed my computer – They diagnosed my computer and were able to fix it that same day. They gave me a better quote than a different store I went to first too.

Bad Experience. Scammers – I brought my laptop to the maize west store, they told me it was maybe the video card and had to send it "downtown". They never called me back, I waited about a week and called me they told me it would be about $200 to fix it and I told them to forget about it and I was going to pick it up, I took it right over to best buy and best buy said did you know this was under warranty? They called HP for me and got the video card replaced for me for free (in 2 days).

Ribbit Computers Saved My Ipod. – Ribbit Computers saved me...and so quickly it made my head spin!! Last week my daughter fell while running and shattered her iTouch screen. The Apple Store wouldn't touch it because it was just over 3 years old. Found Ribbit Computers and the rest is history. Sent the iTouch to Ribbit Computers on Friday (11/19) and it just arrived back to us in the mail (11/23) minutes ago with a new screen and good as new!!
