My wife & I had never been here before but decided to go after church since we always here about it some how. We were very disappointed with the food because some was old, over cooked, and lacked flavor. After spending $40 of our hard earned money we will never come back or recommend anyone else we know to. PS: I have my receipt as proof! My rib tips were old and taste like microwaved left overs from another day, 2 different cakes were old tasting like they had been sitting out in open air for days, pork chop was super thin ... read more

At the rib shack and they have no ribs & no rib tips. you should never run out of ribs with the name like ribs shack. I ordered the chicken wings and forgot the potato salad. I tried to call ordered an earlier, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes only to get hung up on.smh..I used to really love this place.I Drive from the state capital for this BBQ only be disappointed

I WENT TO THE ONE AT 1300 CASS AVE,ORDER A TRIPE SANDWICH.,AND PARTS OF IT WAS OVER COOKED AND THE REST WAS NOT DONE (RAW AND HAD BLACK SPOTS IN IT) THIS WAS ON AUGUST 13,2014 IN THE EVENING.I WILL NEVER ORDER ONE AGAIN.BUT YOUR TURKEY RIBS,TIRKEY BURGER AND FISH IS GOOD.BUT NEVER A TRIP AGAIN. THANK YOU !!!!
