Today was Turkey Rib Tuesday and I must say for this to be my first time every eating turkey ribs from them it was horrible Dried out and hard ass heck! The customer service was good but the food wasn't.
But the girl that takes the money and orders she is bad for the rib shack i wont go back because of her
Service was so slow.i mean slow. Everyone looking mad.food wasn't all of that for a hour wait.wont be back

Called my order in at 1:03. Received my order at 2:07 AND it's not right. I like the food at the Rib Shack BUT this is ridiculous. I called back to complain and I was on hold for 10 minutes only to be hung up on!!! I'm not sure if I can keep going back. I understand they cook to order and I try to be patient but come on. I'm VERY frustrated AND hungry.
But the Potato salad needs a better recipe. Other than that meats pretty good.
