I was searching for a bike for my son for Christmas. After a bad experience in a major sports good store down the road and no luck at another, I stumbled upon this store. The customer service was excellent! I can’t wait to see my son’s face on Christmas!

My fiance called ahead to ask if they had time to fix a couple of broken spokes. The employee on the phone informed him that the mechanic said he could fix the spokes today, so he drove 30 miles to Wausau to drop off his wheel. When he arrived a female employee said it would take 5 days to complete the repairs and that the mechanic went home for the day.
