Wait times are way longer than communicated. Do NOT pay ahead of time. After being told it would be ready and going in store for pick up, my bike was untouched and the parts paid for were “out of stock”. Beyond disappointed in this “establishment”. I’m beside myself at how these individuals conduct business. Just wow.

Best bike store around town, who goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. They're very knowledgeable everything related to mountain biking. Love this store and would highly recommend if you need a new bike or any bike service.
