Day after another poor visit to 1601 S Harvard location. I took the time to call both restaurant and Corporation office, All I got was a Form E-mail, again reminded me that ___customer service reflex poor product!! Someone should remind them this is what happens when you think your to big. Simple order messed up at 117 pm and no one can take a simple call to be aware of it. Shame on you Rib Crib
Food is adequate but they NEVER have gotten my order right...NEVER. I gave up. Wilsons is MUCH better. If you ask for extra onions at Rib Crib, you will get an extra sliver; very stingy. How much does an onion cost? Come on folks, give it up a little. Should hire employees that are not 16 years old - maybe then theyd get the order right.
