HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an online order to go at 5:56 PM. The option was ASAP- 25 min. My husband spends an extra 30 minutes in the parking lot before the food is brought out. He asks the employee if the food was cold and they said no. Guess what, the food was cold. I’m not sure rolling out a new menu with significantly higher prices in the middle of a pandemic was a good choice made by your company.
