we have always loved Rib Crib, but we went Thurs nite & it was freezing cold.. we asked the host & server multiple times to turn temp up & it was still blowing. Our food was sad.. my pulled pork appeared to have been reheated in the paper as the grease was horrid & 2 huge. hunks of fat, she told me it was the "bottom of the barrel" so I subbed with. hopped briskit... my hubs had chicken & pork & both were cold.. they reheated his on the plate as well as the pickle.. we finally paid & went home. Great experience tonight! Zane, our server was on point. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Cribwich was great! Great work guys!
