0 stars. $80 order was done wrong last time. Food missing etc. Told it would be made right next time. Now told it won't be. Unsure if deceitful or incompetent, but managed to upset a larger group twice over the same order which is an accomplishment I guess.
We ordered the Father's Day Special on Thursday 6/18/2020 which was the cut off date for the order. The girl took our order over the phone, had my husband spell his name and everything. Get there about 1pm on Sunday, Father's Day 6/21/2020 to pick it up and she NEVER placed our order. So we waited for 45 MINUTES (I timed it) to get our order that should have been rushed. most disappointing meal ever! been doing yard work today.. wanted BBQ. rude curbside pickup...small sides...not worth $30. I will not ever go back!
I placed an online order, drove over to pick it up, waited 5 minutes for the girl at the front to finish visiting with a guy outside, she came in and helped the lady who came in after me (her order was ready so that's cool), I waited a couple minutes longer just for someone to come tell me that they were out of chicken and ribs, which is what I ordered. Have gotten sick twice from eating there. First time ribs that were raw in the middle. After a couple of years took a chance that things were improved--sick again--pulled pork sandwich with cold meat. Lesson learned.
Ruined 2 Easter Dinners. A young lady took an order for 2 Easter Meals. Took our phonenumber and even said ok only BlackBerry cobbler is left. When we arrive to pick up at arranged pick up time, we're told they don't have it.
called in order for 2 Easter Dinners that were advertised for $79.99 each. Arrived at arranged time and was told they do not have our order. No record. Happy Easter!
