Went here for dinner last night (first time), I was not impressed. First, they have no corn bread only greasy Texas toast passed off as "garlic bread" what BBQ joint doesn't serve corn bread? Second, my ribs where dry and burnt, plus they didn't take the silver skin off the back of the ribs which made it tough. Third, my chicken was raw, I know all about pink is good when it comes to smoking, I do a lot of smoking but this was raw and hard to chew, not tender and juicy. We were on our way from Tennessee to New Jersey and we drove an extra three hours to get to Rib City. It was worth the drive. As usual, the baby backs were outstanding and the choice of sides is terrific. The baked beans are my favorite. I only wish that there was a location closer to me.
