Had 6pm reservations, at 6:20pm they still didn't know how long it would be till we got a table. I called another restaurant in town, and they had available seating. We told the staff to take our name off the list, and they seemed relieved to have one less table to worry about. A lady asked me "Don't want to wait an hour?". I told her "I had a reservation for 20 mins ago, so no, I don't want to wait an hour." What's the point of making a reservation, if you cant honor it?
