Food is great when cooked right but they usually mess up our order. The staff treats us horribly. A waitress told my husband that he treats his family like s#!? And after talking to managers and messaging the company nothing has been done. They do not care about the customer.

Appetizers were great, I loved the spinach artichoke dip. Our steaks were very very good. We are not from the area but would definitely visit again if in the area!!
This was our second visit to the chop house. We arrived at 3:51pm for dinner. At 4:45pm some our sides came out - no steak. Prime Ribs were all fat and we had to send my husbands back to be cooked. This was NOT a busy time hardly anyone in the restaurant. The table next to us was seated twice and both parties eat and left before we could even finish our meal. For a high priced steak house it is not worth it.
