They don’t have emergency maintenance. No power in my apartment at 6:20 pm on a Wednesday and emergency maintenance said they only come during business hours. . . So yeah I wouldn’t live here Edit. I love living here but especially appreciate how helpful and accommodating the staff at Rianna are. From accommodating me anytime I need parking passes for guests, to promptly fixing issues in my apartment and even alerting me of issues I was unaware of, Robert and the staff go above and beyond to ensure their residents are happy!
When I originally moved in, there were stains on the floor and broken closet doors. When I mentioned being unhappy, the management team said they can not replace anything. It was a terrible experience. Additionally, I moved out September 2022. I received notification in February 2025 that I have an outstanding amount due being sent to collections. 2.5 years after I moved out. I’ve had a wonderful experience with this apartment community so far. I want to especially highlight the exceptional support I received from Sophia during my application process. Even though I was applying from out of the country, she consistently checked in with me, guided me through every step, and made sure I felt supported and informed.
