I have lived at Rianna for almost a year now and have had a mostly pleasant experience. Both maintenance and the property manager, Robert, have been attentive and quick to respond. They also have been willing to work with me which I appreciate. The location is great, you're on the hill close enough to everything but away from the busiest parts and a lot of the noise.
I was actually the first tenant to live in this apartment building in summer of 2000. Construction was not done yet but I had moved to Seattle for law school and they let me move in early. I lived on the second floor in a one bedroom over Starbucks. The building was fantastic and well kept the years I lived there. Its location is fantastic especially if you are going to law school at SU or attending school there otherwise. A great building to live in.
Great location in Seattle with plenty nearby. Apartment was clean when we moved in, and staff have been attentive and have acted very quickly with issues/maintenance requests.
Loved living here! Work orders are fulfilled very quickly and the property manager is very responsive. No complaints :3
I have lived here for a year in a 2-bedroom unit and have truly enjoyed my time in this community. The location is unbeatable and has made day-to-day living incredibly convenient. The staff has also been a standout part of my experience—everyone is consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful. Any issue I’ve had during my lease has always been addressed quickly and resolved without hassle.
