Rian did a great job of helping me with my house. Found the right area and house for me. She made the process seamless for me.
Extremely unprofessional, subpar negotiator, gave inaccurate information and advice, disappeared immediately after closing, and used R-Rated sales tactics that can most kindly be described as wildly inappropriate. Any buyer or seller will be much better off using a more mature and experienced realtor.

The personal service and follow up from Rian is truly impressive. I've bought and sold multiple properties with Rian. It's not cliche to say that she goes that extra mile for you helping with every aspect of the house, inspection, walking you through the paperwork. Even after you are in your new home, you will hear from Rian with great reminders like getting your homestead paperwork. She will be there for you. I strongly recommend Rian as your next realtor.
Rian is a fabulous realtor, and got us into our dream home in a very competitive market. She was knowledgable about the city/area and clearly did her research on all the houses we looked at. She negotiated with the house appraiser to increase the sale price, so that our appraisal guarantee was as low as possible.
