We couldn't find a place to fix my wedding ring ,but they did they fixed and it come out beautiful i was so happy and they did it while we waited and the hubby also bought me some beautiful diamond ear rings, love them. glad we found this place
Rialto Jewelry did a FANTASTIC job of duplicating a wedding ring I lost. The replacement ring is exactly like the one I lost. Big, big thank you to April who made it possible. Very friendly, courteous, helpful and keep me abreast of the process. I would highly recommend Rialto Jewelry.
They repaired my pearl ring a few weeks ago since one pearl was loose. I had gotten the ring in 2012. One pearl was loose in 2013, and I returned to the vendor free of charge” for a repair. In 2019 another pearl was loose but these wonderful guys fixed it — in San Antonio, Texas.

Took my decades old watch in for repair. My late wife gave it to me, and it is very dear to me. Called today, and they told me they tightened some screws and it was working fine. And...no charge. A real blessing for an old man on a very tight budget. Thank you!
I am new to San Antonio and had been looking for a jeweler to take my white gold rings to be dipped. We went in and Luis also recommended replacing the facets because they were thinner out. We did and that too and a week later, here’s the results. They look brand new! I have since dropped off a watch for repair and bought an early birthday present. Rialto Jewelers is my new jeweler in SA. Glad I read your reviews . They were all true and very much appreciated as a new resident. Thank you Luis for your great customer service.
