Most of the front staff is very unprofessional except 2 Ladies. It's aways overfilled maybe because most people seen are with Medicare or medical. As soon as I got a Chance I change to KP
The wait is horrible. .you have to pack a lunch before going...smh
This is the worst clinic you can go to , there so rude, told my husband he was positive for tb and he was negetive , the nurses don't even know what there Doing, they need to be more professional ,now .... if anyone is looking for good service ,a clean clinic, nice nurses and Drs. Molina medical center on foothill and Eucalyptus st. In Rialto is a better place. I highly recommend it....
