The wait time is long and i dont like that you cant go in with the person that has the appointment even though that person is ok with it. The nurse will always say no.
Pésimo la atención en días pasados fui porque trai un maldeorin y me dijo la Dra que ni me acuerdo de su nombre que me hiciera dos exámenes de orina que los ocupaba y que me iban a mandar decir por teléfono si algo salía mal nunca me hablaron pero yo llamo y nunca contestaron
Parking at this clinic is a nightmare. There is basically no parking available even the doctors have to put out orange cones just to save a spot. Even with an appointment I waited more than an hour. Checking in at the front desk was slow and frustrating. It feels like this place is still using outdated systems that desperately need to be updated. Overall a very poor experience. I would not recommend this clinic
This is by far California’s worst medical clinic!!!! Their really disappointing and a waste of your entire day even with an appointment. The staff has taken advantage of the less fortunate in the community they have it rigged so you have to experience the worst treatment and service. I have 8 children with 1 deceased 7 home and my oldest is 17 years old and never have we experienced service this bad.
