Jeremiah was on time, professional and personable. He had his bag of tricks and tools organized and ready; no numerous trips in and out to get something from truck- Big Plus! Informed me what he was going to do as well as why. Which most techs don't. Made sure didn't track anything in the house and had everything done and back as if he never was here- Another Big Plus! Just from my experience I would be more inclined to refer people to Rial HVAC. Good experience

Very pleased with Jeremiah at Rial!! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and I appreciate him being transparent on what was causing our issues with our AC. He got our office back to a comfortable temperature and made sure everything would work properly moving forward! This was a 5 star experience from start to finish! Outstanding customer service!!

Selling our house and needed to have our system serviced/cleaned. He showed up on time and was polite. We had to have the drip hose replaced on the humidifier and he did that for a minimal additional charge. I had called other companies that never got back with me, or were going to charge another $100+ for the humidifier hose. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone, and we will use the again.

Got a new furnace installed by Rial and the experience was great! Worked with Jeremiah and he was very helpful and easy to work with! He answered all my questions and made sure I was all taken care of. Pricing seemed fair considering I only have a furnace and no AC. The installation process by Jeremiah and his coworker was fairly quick and painless. Brandy helped get my warranty set up as well which was very nice! It’s taken a little while to get use to the two stage furnace but so far no issues. Would recommend Rial again!

We had a new furnace installed and we are really happy! Jeremiah was so patient and professional. He answered all my questions, and kept me posted throughout. Jeremiah and the installers were just as good. Clean, friendly, polite and did a really professional job. Past inspection with no issues. We had shopped other companies and prices and are so glad we chose Rial! Customer for life!
