The Riad team was incredibly responsive and helpful while ordering and reordering. Great customer service and the Zellige tiles are beautiful.
Please read before ordering!!! We ordered tile a few months ago and realized we were short and placed an order of the exact same tile and we received a totally different color. We informed them right away and they told us there was nothing we could do but order more tile. They sent us pictures of the tile they had in stock which matched our previous order but also couldn’t guarantee that’s the color we would receive. Not helpful at all and refused any sort of credit. Riad Tile was exceptional to work with. We looked at samples of several colors & shapes. We selected Snow White Zellige tile to help brighten up black countertops & cherry cabinets. The Zellige also blends well with our Saltillo tile floors that look 100+ years old. Since one of our cabinets was short, we picked 4x4 tiles, so we could install at least 3 rows of tile.
