I have trusted Dr. Riabova with the care of my son who has a combination of PDD, bipolar disorder and ADHD. Dr. Riabova cares about her patients, and considers the parent the expert on their child's symptoms and behaviors. She is thoughtful in her approach to medication and will tell you the limits when adjusting medications or trying new ones. She is most easily reached by email and has been very responsive. Not only is Katerina extremely late, she likes to blame her patients for it. I cannot believe she even has a license to be a doctor. Maybe things are done differently in Russia. I found her to be unhelpful and actually quite destructive. She actually told me and this is her words "everyone has ADD so you need to take Ritalin". Granted I am 55 and have been seeing many psychiatrists over the years - none of them have ever diagnosed me with ADD. I think she is quite reckless. - Paul
Like the other people here have said, Dr. Riabova is chronically late. I can't understand her heavy accent, so I didn't find her very helpful. I found another doctor who is much better. The staff was ok. Nothing special.
Very, very, very late. If you have a couple of hours to kill, then you might actually get to see Dr. Riabova. Besides that, there are papers falling out of every crevice of her office. I kid you not. There are so many HIPAA violations going on in this office, I would hate to be one of her ongoing patients. I left screaming myself. While I'm in her office, she tries to print out something for me, but piles of folders fall on top of the printer, which jams. This woman is ALWAYS late and I don't mean 15 minutes, I mean an 45 minutes to an hour late every time. She dresses like a 3 year old. I tried to keep an open mind after seeing her, but the things that came out of her mouth reflected her appearance - stupid. Beyond that, she is dangerous - she prescribed medications for illnesses I do not have (proven by other legitimate doctors). She can cause so much damage that you should definitely find someone else before it's too late.
I trust her with two of my children. She listens and seems to genuinely care how they are doing. They are the most stable they have ever been in her care.
Usually not on time, when I get there on-time she's usually just taking the patient before me into her office. Her staff is pretty good; she definitely has a lot of knowledge but the execution (through helpfulness) is less than I'd hoped

Dr Riabova has been a great DR to me, she explains to me the why and for what, medications are prescibed, her staff is always polite and courteous, and call you to remind of up-comming appts thanks for all the help, Bjorn
