The clinic, doctors, nurses and staff are fine except for the hour and a half wait time I had once. However, the billing department is atrocious. Before a procedure, the clinic checked with insurance to make sure it was entirely covered. I intentionally asked if I was going to receive any surprise bills later and the answer was no.
