This is the worst branch ever. I went to withdraw a transfer sent to me. I was asked for an ID, I showed. The customer service lady, she said her name was Ana, look at my face, I must be the only black she served, and asked for another ID. I did what she said. Unfortunately, she still wasn’t okay with my ID. I don’t know what her problem is. I asked if I could talk to a manager. She said she is the manager. Hmmmm…..how on earth could a person with such rude way of communication be a manager? So shame, never gonna use Ria aga... read more
