Awful place that subjected me to needless torment when I was already suffering. When I asked out of the 3 intake centers, which one was the best, the person in charge told me Rockford. I forgot what her name was and will come back to edit this review to include it but staff was so mean and nasty to people already suffering

Simple horrible and unprofessional. They need to fire all staff and get a new one. They have all men and woman sleeping in the same room on chairs that didn't recline or the floor. One of the nurses had the nerve after I told her how uncomfortable I felt sleeping in the room with these men as if I wanted a mat to sleep in the back on the floor. Facility is definitely not a safe place. Then another staff member says her I got you and tried to put for chairs together like it was any better. DEFINITELY A NO STA FOR ME!
