First time going to this hotel and my husband was at a working event so thought I would spend the day pampering myself. Rhythm and hair was just the spot and the service was amazing. I spent the day having my hair done with Chantal who did an amazing job and moved into a Mani/Pedi with Kate and after that had my makeup done with Ryan. Met my husband for dinner and had nothing but compliments. The time was relaxing, fun with laughter and an experience I will remember fondly.

Horrible customer service. They cancelled my appointment at the day of the appointment so I had to rescheduled it. Then because I was feeling sick, I called to cancel. They said that regardless of the reason, that they would charge me full price. So much for someone that regularly use their services and that had the appointment moved first by them.

Pricier than my usual haircut, but I really enjoyed the experience here. I wanted something new that looked flattering on me, and it worked out really well! The bottomless Prosecco was nice, too. :)
