Not even a 1 but couldn't put anything less. Scheduled an appointment with Gerald about 3 days prior to appointment. Got 3 messages prior to appointment confirming. Then about 2 hours before my appointment, got a message canceling. No explanation, no I'm sorry. This is not PROFESSIONAL!!!
