This place is absolutely amazing. It's one of the newest apartment communities in North Austin and the amenities are always really clean and the staff are always really easy to work with!! Definitely one of the most upscale apartment communities around here. I want to give a special shout out to these few employees because they've always been a massive help anytime l ever needed something: Sander, Tony, Trey, and Nina!! Ya'll are awesome!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS; the management team at Rhythm are predatory scammers whom are the last property that should receive your business. My lease with this property ended on January of this year. Having made the final payment of the lease at the beginning of the month, I moved out. I received a notice 5 months after my end of lease that there was an outstanding balance from this property that had been sent to a collections agency. Completely out of the blue. Very nice facility and staff. Great amenities, clean and well maintained areas, more perks than expected. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.
The room was very nice, and the counter space was amazing. Unfortunately, that's all they had to offer for a tour. I actually went to many locations, so they aren't the only ones to lack a "Tour" seeing the room is fine, but what else you got? The photo shows a pool, maybe take the future tenants to see it? Is there a wreck room? Lounge? What else you got? I won't say where, but I signed with the one who went above and beyond with the tour.
