Wonderful doctor
Dr Jade is the best Dr I've ever had- he spends time with you, listens to your concerns, and does not judge- I've never had a Dr who would actually return calls or even answer when I call in- when I send a message over the app, he answers as soon as he gets in the office- I am so happy I found him, my health care has never been better
This dr really let me down. He took the wind right out of my sail. It’s the worst feeling, (that he will never have to know,) when a Dr doesn’t believe you. My last visit with him was absolutely shocking. And my young son was right there to watch. as I sat in the lobby. a patient came out of his office, very upset, and told the front desk she would no longer be coming back. Update: I am also being seen by Dr. Ruiz for GERD and ulcers, which I am having a scope done every 2 months right now. Dr. Jade put me on prednisone, my severe pain started coming back and ive lost 6lbs in the past week, so I googled if you can take Prednisone while having ulcers, no you are absolutely not supposed to and it can actually cause ulcers sometimes, this shows his incompetence when he knows that the gastroenterologist literally across the hall is treating me for ulcers but still puts me on them for 14 days. Staff is great but the Dr. Is a joke. You can be on disability, have documented issues going back 30 years, have your blood pressure running at 205/125 for days and be begging for help and he won't help. ER is literally helping me better than he is because they know my issues. Oh and he doesn't even bother to ask for your old records or look at them. If you have multiple issues please please do not go to him. Im seeing from the other reviews its a consistent thing. His attitude does not help either
