The doctors and staff are wonderful! I've never once had an issue. I love this place.
Had an appointment this morning and drive from galena Maryland arrived at 7:18 am. Appointment was 7:15 am. Receptionist said twice let me check with Dr adams I sat and waited 5 minutes for her to tell me to reschedule. Why? Because they have a 7 minute late policy. #1 tell your patients this when the schedule # 2 don't count the time it took the receptionist to get you. #3 shame on you for turning your back on someone who needed medical treatment. Release of records. No brainer
Is refusing to give a prescription for a Walker because I haven't been in for 5 months,a normal procedure.?...they know I have mobility issues,they signed my handicapped placecard medical form last year for parking
