This place is horrible,, was on hold for 18 minutes still no answer,, have been calling for 4 days all I get is hold please someone will be with you soon as they're available,, now I have to find a place where someone is available because this is not it,, the np, Camilla Hansen, seems as though she is not listening when you are talking to her she's just there to push paper, everything about this place is very unprofessional,,
Love Dr. Barnett Smith & PA Erin Brown but the customer service at the desk & phone calls are horrible. I am always put on hold for at least 10 - 15 minutes and call backs are returned after 5pm, so if you miss the call you have to wait until the next day. The checkout process is always long, no one is ever on the same page. Will be looking for another office ASAP.
