Dusting a display was more important than helping my husband figure out what compression socks he needed. The employee immediately had an attitude when my husband wasn’t sure what he needed to do to get a pair of compression socks. Instead of taking the time to discuss his situation and explain what was needed the employee decided to talk down to us. Not very friendly or helpful. The employee didn’t even stop dusting a display to take the time to talk with me about compression socks that I needed. As a matter of fact the employee was not concerned with helping me at all and was rather rude in the limited responses she did give. Instead of asking me to sit down and discuss my issues and needs and what I would require for the socks she decided to give me an attitude. Really helped me out when another company declined to deliver to a facility in Beckley. I am very appreciative of the time spent helping me meet the needs of a very sweet individual. Highly recommend.
