I live in Missouri so not much chance of me ever needing a grooming service in Maryland. However, I will tell you that I did see a post that would definitely make me choose a different establishment. I would advise addressing and settling this issue in this day of social media.
Will not give business to you after seeing the way poor pups was cut and sheared
Took my dog here today and they did a great job on him!! The lady at the desk was very nice. And the prices were also great. We will be back! :)

Our dogs, Abby Dabby Doodle Dog and Sophie Mae have been going to see Rhonda for five years. She is the only one that has ever groomed them and I wouldn' t want anyone else to! She and her staff are loving and compassionate with our girls. She knows how much they mean to us and she treats them like her own. We always know they are going to look great when we pick them up. Her new salon is awesome! We would follow her anywhere!
