This is so awful and unbelievable to see that these people are leaving negative reviews and they've never even been to this place. I feel so sorry for Rohnda. She's a great groomer and I love this place.

You have support :) Some people just don't understand.
I myself have never been her however since everyone has been reviewing based on one persons "said" experience I will base mine on others who say they are excellent and great to deal with. From the pictures I say it's clipper burn which can happen on anyone at anytime and also depends on the state of the animals fur. Either way if we all jumped on the band wagon than no one would own cars, houses, have cell phone eat at restaurants, attend schools, etc based on the simple fact we all believe what others write. Amazing that people review a place they've never been to. My family has been going to Rhonda for years. Trust those who actually have used her services. Not those who have nothing better to do with their life then review some place they've never been.
