Couldn't have been any more specific with my request. My partial was more like a partial of a partial with narural color still showing even after making a point that I did not want my natural hair color. Rinsed my hair out with warm water which made the colors blend rather being defined. Then when I go back to fix it, she just puts the dark color at the root of my bleach color so that when I go back in a couple months for a touch up, I would be left to deal with a yellow bleach color because the touch up of my bleach highlig... read more

This was my first experience, I love Rhonda’s personality. She is always so bubbly & in a great mood! I’m very happy the way my hair came out. She did a great job and actually listens to what you want. She even makes sure we both are on the same agreement before she cuts. Which is a very rare stone to find! Responsible in pricing too.
