We just lucked out and got James as or realtor. We had just been pre-approved for a home loan and didnt have a realtor and on a whim decided to go look at some open houses. James was the person working the open house that day. He took time to get to know us a little but wasn't pushy at all. We left and went and looked at about 10 other hoses. James was very responsive. Would meet me at a house with on a 30 minute notice. If he couldn't he would make arrangements for someone else to meet me. This market was very hot so minutes could make a difference in the offer being accepted or being too late. I would highly recommend James for his customer first service!
He doesn't give up on you... he is very understanding of ones needs . He does not waste your time... he got the job done...if i buy again I'm sure I'll work with him...
