I don't know the hygienist's name, but I wanted to call her out for something positive. She told me that I took good care of my teeth. No one has ever said that. It's simple, positive reinforcement and I would certainly be inclined to continue what I am doing to ensure I get the same report next time. I appreciated her feedback very much; it's always nice to hear you are doing things correctly.
It was a great experience. Staff is awesome.
Dental Hygienist kept yelling at me to keep my mouth open. I'm already nervous going to dentist, so I found this experience very unpleasant. I get anxious when they scrape my teeth and therefore kept closing my mouth.
My dental hygienist, Theresa was very good. She is thorough and efficient.
I really like and appreciate Theresa. She is great!
I have special needs and everyone was very patient.
