Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this chiropractor offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to further your recovery? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? Yes

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
