I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Yalda was lovely! I really appreciated that she clearly explained what was happening with my teeth before doing anything and then talked me through everything as she was doing it.
The office space is very clean and modern. This was my third time back and I'm always welcomed with a warm smile and greeting. Every staff member was so friendly. The staff member that cleaned my teeth was gentle, thorough, friendly and also made me feel comfortable. Upon checking out the lovely woman at the front desk took the time to break down my pricing with my insurance if I were to schedule my procedure this calendar year or wait until my insurance resets for the next calendar year. Wonderful, supportive, friendly, understanding... and expert. I'm always taken care of in the best way possible. When I'm nervous about a procedure, they do everything possible to put me at ease. They are truly a special dentist's office. Best ever.
I’ve been a patient here for years. I’ve been a part of their membership program. But I’ve recently had TWO bad crown experiences in a row. The first, the lab made the tooth the wrong color. Sure, mistakes happen, no big deal. But it does double the amount of time you have to spend at the dentists. Two visits, two rounds of being numbed. But no big deal right.
