We worked with Enrique @RHOME to manage the rental of a St. Paul, MN, condo we owned. It was a tricky situation that required working with our HOA to ensure the tenant met all of their requirements - and ours. We were amazed at how easy and seamless Enrique made the experience. He did all of the showings, had a tenant lined up and vetted within days, oversaw all aspects of the rental including repairs, and made sure the condo was clean and in great shape when the year's lease came to an end.
