I went in to get my diesel watch updated with new batteries. The gentleman on the counter immediately swapped and updated batteries in under 5 minutes. This was for only $16. Other watch places I've been to charge more. Also, Rhodium gives you 1 year warranty on batteries which I think is an amazing deal. Mr. Shaun was super nice, courteous, efficient and honest. I came to Rhodium Jewelers based on a recommendation for having quality gold and competitive pricing. I was gifted a necklace that wasn’t real gold and was causing a reaction. Shaun worked with me to source a necklace and charms in 14k gold and helped me with modifications. He provided excellent customer service and I have been back a few times since and each time I walk away with gorgeous gold and silver.
