Horrible experience! Do not recommended this place at all. I had a newborn (6 days old) who was crying so I had to feed him and told I was 10 mins late. The sonographer asked me to leave and did not agree to see me. And they were extremely rude to us! Absolutely no regards to the newborn!
I had a suspected DVT and Cheryl actually stayed back after work just to make sure I was seen. She was extremely sweet and made sure I was calm about the situation. She was professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. Someone who truly cares and an asset to this business. Thank you, Cheryl!
Dr A Jones and J Bayeh did an early pregnancy ultrasound for my wife and their findings were shockingly incorrect. Their gross incompetence and perhaps negligence deem them unfit for rendering such a critical service. They were off in their measurements by a multiple of three. Their findings caused unbearable trauma for us, which were found to be incorrect eventually. Stark warning for future mothers-to-be, and likely other visitors.
Jasmin is a fantastic sonographer. I always request for her when I book an appointment. She has been so kind and supportive from fertility checks, right up to my second child.
My previous experience with them were very pleasant. The head/supervisor was very helpful as well and they explained every detail of the scan and they were very friendly. Until, i had this lady named Ruana as i could remember. Didn't smile at all, don't care if you are in an uncomfortable position and just did the scan without communicating anything.
