Dr Pimple Popper Fridlington always made at ease when she was removing skin cancer growths.Sad when she left Westlake Derm in Round Rock, Texas.
I have been a patient of Dr. Flynn's for many years. I find him to be personable, professional, and very knowledgeable.
I saw Dr. Fridlington 11/10/21 for uncontrolled itching to the point of I’m scratching with a wire brush which caused bleeding. The visit lasted 5 -6 minutes, the entire time I could hear in her voice that she had no time for me. I expected a physician to at least examine me. Nope. I’m a healthcare provider. The visit wasn’t worth my copay, I’m sure the insurance was billed care I did not get. She recommended light treatments for 3-6 months, w/o an exam. A money grab. As always, everything was professional and friendly. Dr. Geddes-Bruce reminds me of a jingle of years gone by "if you care to send the very best"- that covers it. She did two chemical peels on me and other needs - what a difference. She will surely make you feel better about yourself and if it a serious matter you will be lucky to be at the best, her record speaks for itself.
Good at the procedure itself, but terrible to interact with. Left me with little to no information, made me feel terrible for asking questions.
Dr. Chern helped remove a bothersome mole that was growing while pregnant. Process was smooth and painless!!

DO NOT use this facility or Dr. Cameron Craven!!!! All they care about is getting your money! They DO NOT care about the end result! I went in for a neck lift and was left with extremely large submandibular glands which left me with an undefined jawline. Nothing was ever said about it I had to bring it to the nurse(s)/doctor's attention. Then I was told that they normally do not address submandibular glands during a neck lift procedure; however, I DID NOT have them prior to surgery. I had Dr. Craven to remove a large scar from my tummy, he did a great job!!! He fixed a very bad mess on my tummy that caused me pain just from wearing certain clothes. I love his work, he knows what he is doing. very loving, & kind man, & his staff!!!!!
