Very upsetting experience. At the appointment, I expressed concern about how the technician was performing the ultrasound and concern that her rushed, sloppy technique would waste this opportunity to find and diagnose an easily palpable lump. When questioned, the technician stated that she just waves the wand around the general area then sends it off to the radiologist to find the issue - versus finding the lump on the ultrasound and snapping purposeful images of it that the radiologist then scrutinizes more pointedly and ac... read more
Had to have several sonograms done in Warwick. The woman at the front desk was very professional and competent. She had to verify something with the doctor and the lead person on the ultrasound team. She got back to me promptly. When further clarification was needed, RIMI answered all of my questions and called me back quickly. The woman who did the sonogram was excellent. I was so reassured by the the staff’s level of professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
