Overall a truly upsetting experience. I do not recommend any pregnant woman come here for an ultrasound. Received an automated message while the office was closed saying that I would need to pay for services at the time of service. I thought it was strange so I called my insurance and they confirmed that I was FULLY COVERED and would owe no money. I went to ri imaging on 8/6/2025 for a mammogram. I go every year. The young lady who did it was amazing. Easy to talk to and had an amazing personality. Every year I go they made me feel so comfortable. Last year there was a different woman and she was exactly the same. The whole staff from beginning to end were wonderful. I will never go to another facility. They all deserve a raise. Thank.you for having.a such wonderful people as your staff. Marlene diffleydanis
Most miserable front desk workers I have ever encountered in my life, couldn’t help with a simple question/problem without giving attitude.
Never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Staff is great.
Once you get an appointment they are great. Getting them to call you back to set up an appointment is like root canal. Always the same message "the wait time is longer than 10 minutes leave your number and we will hold your place in line." I call by 10 every morning for two weeks before they called back. They messed up the appointment and I have to make a new one. I am one week in and still no call back. Once you get in the service is great it's just the phone system that is useless
