Awful experience & customer service. I go annually for my mammograms. If you have to reschedule they push you out a year. Last week I was sent for a CT Scan by my primary care doctor. The right side of my face/inside of my cheek had been swollen for over a week and I was very scared. I get there and am told it's almost $700. I am forced to pay half. I almost didn't take the appointment because I didn't want to travel to Warwick but I'm glad I did...I could not have had a more pleasant experience with the staff here. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly, an easy check-in and I have never laughed so much during an appointment/ultrasound. Thank you, it deserves an extra ⭐

Very kind and professional staff throughout the entire process (front-desk, scheduling, and tech). One thing I noted is that something was a little vague about my ultrasound order, so the radiologist/tech wanted my provider to clarify prior to scheduling. At that moment they could have just rushed a vague ultrasound of my entire front neck, but instead prioritized detail. MRI team are kind and professional. Low rating is for the rude billing department. Woman on the phone gave a nasty attitude when I asked if I can know my next payment due date. I asked nicely and she gives me an attitude.
