Horrible experience Horrible experience. Sold me on their pitch about top quality product (replacement windows) and expert installers. Truth turned out to be the absolute opposite. Product is marginal at best and the installation process was a night mare. All they wanted to do was to finish the job as fast as they could. Windows won't slide closed or open easily, several windows weren't fully sealed on the outside. It was a hectic chaotic crazy experience. Great job RIHI. The moment we had gone to their showroom we knew that they were the best. They couldn't have been more helpful. The young lady we met in the showroom was very knowledgeable, we never felt rushed. When Kevin came to our house to give us the price, he gave us many different options that we could choose from. GREAT JOB RIHI We would like to thank John for his guidance and for taking the time he did to explain the various options available to us. We are so happy with our selection of siding and roofing, and how the job finished out. Many of our neighbors compliment how great our house looks.
